Who we are

We are an editorial production team inside INTSEO Media, built for buyers who have already learned that a keyword and a deadline do not produce useful pages. The site you are reading is both a marketing site and a writing sample. If the prose here feels careless, you should not hire us. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

We are not a marketplace of anonymous freelancers with a thin project manager on top. Assignments go to writers with subject familiarity where we can find it, and to editors who will cut padding even when the word count looks “light.” A 3,000 word article is usually a 900 word article with padding. We would rather send the 900 words that earn their place.

What we believe about content work

Most blog programmes fail because nobody owns distribution. Search intent is skimmed instead of read. Style guides are missing, so “write in our brand voice” becomes guesswork. AI is either denied dishonestly or used as a cheap draft factory. None of that is mysterious. It is what happens when content is treated as inventory instead of as publishing.

We take positions in the open. You can read them on how we work and across the blog. Positions are useful because they let you disagree early. Early disagreement is cheaper than a rewrite in week six.

How we staff a project

A typical engagement has a strategist or editor owning the brief, a writer producing the draft, and an editorial pass before you see it. For regulated or highly technical subjects, we require SME access or a qualified reviewer. We will decline work that needs medical, financial, or legal claims without that review path.

White label partners get the same standards under their brand, with communication boundaries agreed up front. Details live on white label content writing.

What we will not invent

This about page does not list fake client logos, invented awards, or writer headshots with fabricated bios. Social proof that cannot be verified is worse than no social proof. When we discuss results, we frame them as illustrative and anonymized unless you have approved a named case study.

We also do not publish prices here. Editorial work varies with research depth, SME time, and revision risk. Flat per-word rates push the wrong behaviour. Quotes come from contact after we understand the scope.

English-language production, worldwide clients

Deliverables are written in English for brands and agencies that publish for English-speaking markets. Clients may sit anywhere. Localisation into other languages is scoped separately when you need it. We would rather be precise about language than pretend every market is identical.

CMS delivery covers the stacks teams actually use: WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful, Sanity, and other headless setups when access rules are clear. Upload can be part of the job. Distribution after publish usually stays with you.
